Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders shipping to the United States and Japan only. This policy is only valid for orders placed after this policy goes into effect.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any shipped items. Once your order has been dispatched and delivered, returns or exchanges will not be available. Please double‑check item specifications, styles and sizes before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation is only available for unshipped orders. You may cancel your unshipped order within 1 hour after checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled once more than 1 hour has passed, as your order will enter our shipping workflow. If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. Please refer to our return rules above.

Final Sale / Clearance Items

Clearance and final‑sale items cannot be returned or cancelled, whether the order has been shipped or not. Please confirm your purchase before checking out for all final‑sale products.
