• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 4–12 calendar days. Please note that remote areas may experience minor delays.
• Note: Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended due to high order volumes during holidays/promotions, force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, traffic restrictions), or remote locations with limited logistics coverage.

3. Shipment Updates & Tracking

• Notifications: You will receive an SMS or in-order alert with your carrier name and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Tracking: You can track your package in real-time by:

  • Using the tracking number on the carrier's official website or app.

4. Privacy Shipping (Important)

• Discreet Packaging: We understand the importance of privacy. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes. There will be no indication of the contents on the exterior of the package, ensuring your privacy is protected at all times.
• Return Address: The return address on the package will be a generic logistics center name, not the name of our store or the specific products.
